City Centre Contemporary Art Trail

Take the chance to see some, or all, of the amazing pieces of contemporary public art that are included in the Contemporary Art Trail. 

Glasgow city centre is full of art. It is home to a collaborative arts scene, a world-famous art school and is a city with a significant presence on the international contemporary art stage. 

In recent years, eight Turner Prize winners have been born, trained or worked in Glasgow.

Take the time to walk the trail as it guides you through the city centre to discover some of the contemporary art pieces available in Glasgow’s streets. Four of the fourteen are right here in the Merchant City.
